The check takes about two minutes. Angel's office will walk you through it. Call or text (954) 361-4446 and say you want the Independence Check. Or email info@stellarphysicaltherapy.net.

You will get a score and a one-page result. A visit is offered only if your parent lives near Fort Lauderdale.
